24 hours. 100 builders. Insane energy.
They just cared enough to figure it out.
👋 Hey, I’m Urvashi from GrowthX, a community that helps you grow your career in the AI-first world. GrowthX gives you access to a vetted AI-first community, tools & courses all in one single membership.
Our members represent 2,000+ companies like Palantir, Lovable, Meta, SarvamAI, Microsoft, Google, ScaleAI & more. And one more thing, we are hosting our largest community offsite this year in Goa. Here’s everything you need to know. Onto today’s edition.
Build-a-thon 🚀

When a hundred builders come together for 24 hours, something shifts.
The room stops talking ideas & looks for outcomes. By morning, half-finished dreams had working demos. Most walked in without teams or plans. They found each other, structured their thoughts & got to work.
A few builds that came alive include SingAI (AI singing coach), Writing Executive (rewrites content in your tone), Dukaandar Saathi (restocking AI tool for Kirana stores), Nomad genie (destination picker for group travellers), decision bot (make data driven everyday work decisions).
Most of the attendees had never built AI tools before, didn’t know how to code. Tools like Cursor, Replit, or v0 can write code. But they can’t tell you why something should exist. That came from the people - the ones debugging, questioning, and refusing to sleep till it worked.
It wasn’t about knowing how to build
It was caring enough to figure it out.
GX Soirée ✨

GX Soirée is one of those nights where new members walk in not knowing anyone and end up leaving with new friends, a few ideas & maybe a small hangover. It’s food, music, and conversations from what you’re building to why you’re building it.
On one side - someone breaking down a product funnel. On the other - a debate on storytelling and brand truth. And right through the middle - Loud, unfiltered laughter. I was there in Bangalore too (left image the girl with a white cross bag).
We don’t grow by surrounding ourselves with mirrors. We grow when we sit across the table from someone who sees the world differently. GrowthX events are all about that. You should experience one too.
Our online private community.
All of this was offline. We’ve had 18,775 messages on Slack. here’s peek inside -
AI agents for web automation.
“check the network tab, reuse tokens, skip AI if browser automation does the job.” They’d basically built a small playbook for anyone automating APIs. a small summary from the thread.
Voice agents that sound human
In the thread - there were tools, demos, real setups shared - ElevenLabs, Hooman Labs, Vapi explained.
Should you add /llms.txt to your website?
few said “no major difference,” the others said “takes 2 minutes, just do it.” the reasons where mentioned in the thread.
Building ai interviewers
people exchanging architectures & GPT prompt setups. Turns out, multiple members were already doing it live that helped Pranjal.
This is what happens when you’re in the right community. People don’t just drop answers - they open their playbooks. This was just one channel. Want to see and be a part of others?
Our latest events feature : chats 💬
Remember the last time you attended an event. You collect so many WhatsApp numbers. You struggle to create a group and honestly sharing Whatsapp number feels to personal for most of us.
We solved this with the new event chat feature for all GrowthX events. Now when you register for an event, you get added to event chat that you can access anytime. From co-ordinating a car pool, to discussing post events & maybe deciding to grab a beer together post the agenda. Plus, your privacy is protected.
“This is magic! I will definitely host a lot more events. I just want to breathe the same air where people care about building, learning and doing. I want to be infected by this energy!” - Jaimit Joshi, ex-CMO Lenskart, Metuzi.ai & GrowthX member
This line stayed with us in his recent post. Because that’s what GrowthX really is - People who get excited about a new build, who show up to help a stranger debug their prompt who stay up past midnight because they believe ideas deserve a real shot. In every thread, event, and late-night build - that’s the air we share.
